I absolutely love this place! The food is incredible and the location is nice and relaxing! You can sit outside next to the canal if the weather is good or stay inside in their recently refurbished restaurant. There is plenty of parking and areas for kids to play! Outdoors they also have gazebo options which are perfect to go with an infant and keep them protected from the sun but still be outside. I have been going to this place for years and will continue doing so.
Four of us went for a meal last Saturday. Great service, choice of beers and menu was brilliant. All the food was tasty and well presented. It's a shame it isn't busier,it deserves to be! Would definitely suggest people go and try it out.
Small menu, but done very well. Choice of curries and hot sizzling dishes. Fish pakoras were sublime, crunch batter with flaky fish. Selection of wines and beers to choose from. Even though not on the menu, I got two soft and crispy chappattis, delicious. Great parking facilities with a large outside sitting area next to the picturesque canal and great to have a pint and catch the sun. Can't fault it. Grab a paddle board and come visit or even catch the odd barge floating past.
Stumbled across this excellent venue whilst cycling on the canal path, stopped for a pint sat outside and had chicken takeaway wraps, came with spicy fries and a refreshing salad, it was so tasty, and great value for money,staff are very welcoming , loads of outside seating and rain cover will definitely return
We absolutely love it here. Great views, great atmosphere, great service/staff, and my children love the sandpit area.
A really pleasant Indian restaurant, located on the canal just walking distance from Mercia Marina. The flavours in eqch dish are some of the best i have tired in the UK. The staff are very friendly and couldnt do more to help. There is also a lovely looking venue next door which they say can cater up to 500 guests for events, weddings etc... Will defo return. Lovely food at this place, served hot and very flavourful! We visited on mother's day, calling in a bit late as we went out after work, the staff were very accommodating, and kept the kitchen open a bit later due to us coming. Absolutely wonderful service! The restaurant itself was spotless, plates and cutlery shining. Bit of an add on, they have bike nights on Thursdays!! Brilliant place to visit! Thank you so much guys!
Not the first time being here, but the first time had some of their restaurant offering. The food tastes fresh, extremely tasty and one of the best Asian foods I have tried. Staff are welcoming, helpful and above all calm. The atmosphere here is chilled and it's a very nice place to eat and chill. Make sure you put this on your to visit list.
